Rules & regulations
Polo Terrace has several rules and regulations designed to make life more comfortable, safer and enjoyable for everyone residing in the building. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the these regulations, please reach out to the Property Manager.
Building security is everyone's responsibility
Do not allow building entry to anyone without a fob. No exceptions.

This includes entering the parkade by car or on foot.

Please be aware of non-residents who may try to slip in. If you suspect criminal activity, call 911.
